It’s old, it loads slowly, it looks wrong on a phone, or the person who built it disappeared years ago. I rebuild it from scratch and move the old addresses across carefully, so you keep what you’ve built up in Google.
I ask what I need to know, I write the pages, and you read and approve them before anything goes live. You don’t have to write your own content.
I put in writing exactly what I’m building, then give you a fixed price for exactly that. If something new comes up along the way, we discuss it separately. I don’t do work and I don’t invoice anything without your say-so.

If you want, your site stays with me: hosted, updated and backed up. When you need a change, you message me directly and I make it.
